Grace & Gear Shipping Policy

   - Domestic Shipping:  
     We currently offer shipping within the United States only. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

     Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the time they are placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

   - Shipping Time:  
     Once your order is processed, shipping typically takes between 7-14 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

   - Shipping Fees:  
     Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. The shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

     If you need to return an item, please refer to our return policy for instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

   - Exchanges:  
     Exchanges can be processed in accordance with our return policy. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us to initiate the process.

Return & Exchange Policy

Grace & Gear Return and Exchange Policy

At Grace & Gear, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our return and exchange policy outlined below.

1. Returns

   - Eligibility:  
     Items may be returned within 45 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.

   - Process:  
     To initiate a return, please contact us at [support@graceandgear.com](mailto:support@graceandgear.com) with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization if applicable.

   - Return Shipping Costs:  
     Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

   - Refunds:  
     Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

2. Exchanges

   - Eligibility:  
     Exchanges are accepted for items of equal value or greater, subject to availability. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.

   - Process:  
     To request an exchange, please contact us at [support@graceandgear.com](mailto:support@graceandgear.com) with your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the original item and arrange for the new item to be sent.

   - Shipping Costs:  
     For exchanges, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the original item back to us, as well as the cost of shipping the new item. If the exchange is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item, we will cover the return and reshipping costs.

3. Defective or Incorrect Items

   - Report Issues:  
     If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order at [support@graceandgear.com](mailto:support@graceandgear.com). We will provide instructions for returning the item and arrange for a replacement or issue a credit.

4. Final Sale Items

   - Non-Returnable Items:  
     Some items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. These items will be clearly indicated on our website or at the time of purchase.
